1) ENERGY
ENERGY MODELLING:
With the growth in population, there has been constant increase in demand for food and energy. Availability of energy sources helped farmers to pump out ground water to meet the growing demands for food but years of pumping has resulted in drop in the average depth of ground water. This resulted in increase in demand in energy and stress in agricultural output. A model was developed for the calculations of energy used for groundwater pumping for each district based on information from census data in India. This could be used for planning renewables.
2) WATER
PAANI:
This product is used to build water conservation techniques at a village scale. We used multiple products ranging from satellite data of contour mapping to understand the watershed and the regions where farmer ponds and check dams could be made. We also monitor groundwater modelling from the various sensors deployed in the village.
3) CLIMATE
MAUSAMBEE WEATHER APP:
The following product is a tool to integrate different climate forecast tools to be used by the farmer as a simple android app. The products incorporated are IRI forecasts, Seasonal Forecasts by Paripos, In season ECMWF forecast and WRF forecasts for short term. It also has allied products like solar Forecast, Crop Forecast, Energy Demand Forecast etc.
Mausam means monsoon and Bee - as in the honey bee - it tries to incorporate multiple knowledge under same system.
4) AGRICULTURE
PRED: CROP MODELING:
The following product is a tool to integrate climate models with crop models (DSSAT). This model works at the district resolution of India. The model also has FAO soils maps as input. This is a seasonal predictive tool and uses GCM downscaling to predict water stress, and crop output. The model can be tweaked for different crop types.

The purpose of this product is to bring in local institutes and researchers in the field of water, energy and agriculture in a common platform to share localized information and technology knowhow. This could be language independent. The individual in the field can subscribe to the content on information pertaining to agriculture, climate, water & energy saving technologies. People can also take a certification course and thus be able to apply for financial assistance for implementing water saving technologies.

VRIDHI BLOCKCHAIN
Vridhi Blockchain is an Etherium based blockchain for agriculture. It integrates with other IOT products that are deployed in the smart villages and helps manage the workflow of agriculture right from energy used, water used to the last customer who gets the produce. There is also an option for a Vridhi coin which would regulate how much renewable energy has been used in the process of agricultural production in the theme of 'Solar As Commons'. Vridhi Blockchain can be used to fund funadamental research in universities in India or anywhere else in the world and the purpose is to bring down CO2 emissions.

A custom app for Android tablets with research partners World Health Organization and Foundation for Research in Health Systems, and technology partner Thoughtworks. The Dristhi app aims to improve the quality of care provided by Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives in rural India.

An e-commerce website for buying and selling goods linked to Adventure Sports. This is built to inculcate the spirit of adventurism among scholars to undertake research in the field of climate change.
9) SPIRITUALITY
THIRD ELEMENT:
Third Element is a zen monastery dedicated to the first zen patriarch Bodhidharma who also founded the Shaolin Kungfu. This is located about 60 kms from Bangalore in the edge of a forest and helps teach the different aspects of Hatha Yoga and Kungfu while making humans sensitive to the cause of climate change.
